Travel Conditions (Domestic Packaged Tour) 旅行条件書（国内募集型企画旅行）
1. Significance of These Travel Conditions 本旅行条件書の意義
These Travel Conditions constitute part of the Statement of Transaction Conditions prescribed in Article 12-4 of the Travel Agency Act and part of the Contract Document prescribed in Article 12-5 of the same Act.
本旅行条件書は、旅行業法第12条の4に定める取引条件説明書面及び同法第12条の5に定める契約書面の一部となるものです。
2. Packaged Tour Contract 募集型企画旅行契約
This tour is planned and operated by Nikoniko Travel Co., Ltd. (Kanagawa Prefectural Governor Registered Travel Agency No. 2-1177). Customers participating in this tour enter into a Packaged Tour Contract with our company. The contents and conditions of the contract shall be governed by these Travel Conditions, the booking page, the final itinerary, and our Standard Terms and Conditions of Travel (Section for Packaged Tour Contracts).
この旅行は株式会社ニコニコトラベル（神奈川県知事登録旅行業第2-1177号）が企画・実施する旅行であり、お客様は当社と募集型企画旅行契約を締結することになります。旅行契約の内容・条件は、本旅行条件書、予約ページ、最終日程表及び当社旅行業約款（募集型企画旅行契約の部）によります。
3. Application and Formation of Contract お申込みと契約成立時期
- Online Booking オンライン予約
Customers may apply for this tour through the JTB BOKUN Reservation System. お客様はJTB BOKUN予約システムを通じてお申し込みいただきます。 - Formation of Contract 契約成立
The travel contract shall be deemed concluded when our company accepts the customer's application and payment of the tour price has been successfully completed.
旅行契約は、当社がお申込みを承諾し、旅行代金の決済が完了した時点で成立します。
4. Payment of Tour Price旅行代金のお支払い
The tour price shall be paid at the time of booking by credit card or any other payment method approved by our company.
旅行代金は予約時にクレジットカードその他当社が認める方法によりお支払いいただきます。
5. Items Included in the Tour Price旅行代金に含まれるもの
The tour price includes experience or activity fees stated in the itinerary, guide fees, admission fees, meals where specified, and applicable consumption tax and other taxes.
行程表に記載の体験料金・ガイド料金・入場料・食事代（含まれる場合）・消費税等諸税。
6. Items Not Included in the Tour Price旅行代金に含まれないもの
The tour price does not include transportation to and from the meeting point, personal expenses, optional insurance premiums, or meals and beverages not specified in the itinerary.
集合場所までの交通費・個人的費用・任意の保険料・行程表に含まれない飲食代。
7. Substitution of Traveler旅行者の交替
A customer may transfer his or her contractual rights and obligations to a third party subject to prior approval by our company.
お客様は当社の承諾を得て契約上の地位を第三者へ譲渡することができます。
8. Cancellation of Travel Contract旅行契約の解除
- Cancellation by the Customerお客様による解除
Customers may cancel the travel contract by paying the cancellation charges prescribed by our company.
お客様は当社が定める取消料を支払うことにより旅行契約を解除できます。 - Cancellation by the Company当社による解除
Our company may cancel the tour prior to departure when the minimum number of participants is not met, weather conditions are unfavorable, or safe tour operation becomes difficult.
最少催行人数未達、天候不良、安全確保困難等の場合、旅行開始前に解除することがあります。
9. Cancellation Charges (Day Tour)取消料（日帰り旅行の場合）

Cancellation charges are established in accordance with the attached Standard Terms and Conditions of Travel (Schedule of Cancellation Charges), except for certain special products.
※別掲の旅行業約款（別表）に準拠して設定します。（特殊な商品を除く。）
10. Changes to Travel Arrangements旅行内容の変更
Travel arrangements may be modified due to transportation provider requirements, facility circumstances, weather conditions, or other unavoidable reasons.
運送機関、施設の都合、天候その他やむを得ない事由により旅行内容を変更することがあります。
11. Tour Escort添乗員
Whether a tour escort or accompanying staff member will accompany the tour shall be indicated on the applicable product page.
添乗員の同行有無は商品ページに記載します。
12. Liability of the Company当社の責任
Our company shall assume liability in accordance with its Standard Terms and Conditions of Travel.
当社は旅行業約款に基づき責任を負います。
13. Special Compensation特別補償
Our company shall provide compensation and condolence benefits in accordance with the Special Compensation Provisions of its Standard Terms and Conditions of Travel.
当社は当社旅行業約款特別補償規程に基づき補償金及び見舞金を支払います。
14. Handling of Personal Information 個人情報の取扱い
Personal information obtained from customers shall be used for travel arrangements, tour operations and emergency communications. Such information may also be shared with BOKUN, GetYourGuide, Viator, other affiliated online travel agencies, payment processors and local service providers solely to the extent necessary for booking administration, tour operation, payment processing and customer support.
お客様から取得した個人情報は、旅行の手配・運営・緊急連絡のために利用します。また、予約手続き、ツアー運営、決済処理及びカスタマーサポートのため、BOKUN、GetYourGuide、Viatorその他の提携OTA、決済事業者及び現地サービス提供会社に必要な範囲で提供される場合があります。
15. Communication Contract通信契約
For reservations paid by credit card, a Communication Contract shall apply in accordance with our Standard Terms and Conditions of Travel.
クレジットカード決済による予約の場合は通信契約が適用されます。
16. Recommendation to Purchase Travel Insurance国内旅行傷害保険加入のおすすめ
Customers are strongly encouraged to obtain their own travel insurance coverage.
お客様ご自身で旅行保険に加入されることを推奨いたします。

旅行条件書（国内募集型企画旅行）
1. 本旅行条件書の意義
本旅行条件書は、旅行業法第12条の4に定める取引条件説明書面及び同法第12条の5に定める契約書面の一部となるものです。
2. 募集型企画旅行契約
この旅行は株式会社ニコニコトラベル（神奈川県知事登録旅行業第2-1177号）が企画・実施する旅行であり、お客様は当社と募集型企画旅行契約を締結することになります。旅行契約の内容・条件は、本旅行条件書、予約ページ、最終日程表及び当社旅行業約款（募集型企画旅行契約の部）によります。
3. お申込みと契約成立時期
- オンライン予約
お客様はJTB BOKUN予約システムを通じてお申し込みいただきます。 - 契約成立
旅行契約は、当社がお申込みを承諾し、旅行代金の決済が完了した時点で成立します。
4. 旅行代金のお支払い
旅行代金は予約時にクレジットカードその他当社が認める方法によりお支払いいただきます。
5. 旅行代金に含まれるもの
行程表に記載の体験料金・ガイド料金・入場料・食事代（含まれる場合）・消費税等諸税
6. 旅行代金に含まれないもの
集合場所までの交通費・個人的費用・任意の保険料・行程表に含まれない飲食代
7. 旅行者の交替
お客様は当社の承諾を得て契約上の地位を第三者へ譲渡することができます。
8. 旅行契約の解除
- お客様による解除
お客様は当社が定める取消料を支払うことにより旅行契約を解除できます。 - 当社による解除
