Niconico Travel Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) recognizes the importance of protecting personal information and, in order to contribute to the development of the travel industry, hereby establishes, implements, and maintains this Privacy Policy.

The Company shall comply with all applicable laws, governmental guidelines, and other regulations concerning the handling of personal information in relation to personal information processed in all business operations as well as personal information of employees and others.
When acquiring and using personal information, the Company shall specify the purposes of use and shall not handle personal information beyond the scope necessary to achieve such specified purposes (use beyond the intended purpose). Appropriate management measures shall also be taken to prevent such unauthorized use.
Except where the consent of the individual has been obtained or disclosure is otherwise required by law, the Company shall not provide acquired personal information to any third party.
Upon receiving complaints or inquiries concerning the handling of personal information, the Company shall promptly investigate the relevant facts and respond sincerely within a reasonable period.
To ensure the proper management of personal information, the Company shall implement organizational, personnel, physical, and technical security measures and endeavor to prevent and correct any leakage, loss, or damage of personal information.
Taking into account changes in social conditions and business environments, the Company shall continuously review and improve its Personal Information Protection Management System.

Niconico Travel Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) recognizes the importance of protecting personal information and considers it a social responsibility to safeguard the personal information of customers and all other individuals associated with the Company. The Company will not provide personal information to third parties without prior consent from the individual concerned except where permitted by law or in the following circumstances:

To transportation providers, accommodation providers, service providers, insurance companies, governmental authorities, and other relevant entities as necessary for arranging travel services, fulfilling travel contracts, obtaining relevant insurance coverage, providing travel safety information, or confirming Customers’ safety in emergencies.
To contact persons designated by Customers in the event of illness, injury, or other emergencies during travel.
To transportation providers, accommodation providers, service providers, and other relevant organizations as necessary to respond to inquiries, requests, consultations, or contract preparations relating to the Services.
To competent authorities, system vendors, and other relevant parties for the prevention of, or response to, system failures, network incidents, accidents, or other operational issues.
To governmental authorities, investigative agencies, business partners, and other relevant parties where necessary to prevent or investigate fraud, resolve disputes, or protect the life, body, property, rights, or interests of the Company or third parties.

6. Outsourcing of Personal Information Processing

The Company may outsource all or part of the processing of personal information to third parties within the scope necessary to achieve the purposes described in Section 2 above.

The Company shall appropriately supervise such service providers by conducting due diligence and entering into confidentiality agreements and other necessary arrangements.

7. Joint Use of Personal Information

The Company may jointly use personal information as follows:

The Company may decline such requests where permitted by law, including where disclosure may harm the life, body, property, or other rights and interests of the Customer or a third party, significantly impede the proper operation of the Company's business, or otherwise violate applicable laws.

Requests relating to disclosure and notification of purposes of use may be subject to fees prescribed by the Company.

The Company may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time based on changes in legal requirements and business practices.

当社は、お申込みいただいた旅行サービスの手配及びそれらのサービスの受領のための手続、当社の旅行契約上の責任、事故時の費用等を担保する保険の手続、又は旅行先の安全・衛生情報等の提供や緊急時におけるお客様の安否確認等の連絡のために必要な範囲内で、運送・宿泊機関、サービス提供者、保険会社及び官公署等に対し、お客様の氏名、住所、電話番号、メールアドレス、その他の必要となる個人情報を提供いたします。
当社は、旅行中に疾病・事故等があった場合に備え、お客様のご関係者の連絡先をお伺いすることがあります。この個人情報は、お客様の旅行中に疾病等があった場合でご関係者に連絡の必要があると当社が認めた場合に使用させていただきます。お客様は、ご関係者の個人情報を当社らに提供することについてご関係者の同意を得るものとします。
当社は、当社サービス等に関するご相談、契約準備を含むお客様からのご意見、ご要望、お問合せ等への対応のために必要な範囲内で、当該お問合せ等があった運送・宿泊機関、サービス提供者、その他関係各機関、法人等に、お客様の氏名、住所、電話番号、メールアドレス、その他の必要となる個人情報を提供いたします。
当社は、当社サービス等、ネットワーク又はシステム等の障害、不具合、事故等の発生防止や発生時の対応のために、これらの障害等を所管する関係当局又は対応するシステムベンダー等の関係先に、お客様の氏名、住所、電話番号、メールアドレス、その他の必要となる個人情報を提供いたします。
当社は、不正行為の監視・防止・分析・対策等、当社サービス等をお客様に安心してご利用いただける環境を整備するため、紛争解決のため、又は当社若しくは第三者の生命、身体、財産、権利等を保護するために必要な範囲でこれらの事象を所管する官公署、調査機関、提携先等に対し、お客様の氏名、住所、電話番号、メールアドレス、その他の必要となる個人情報を提供いたします。

6. 個人情報処理の外部委託

当社は、上記2.に掲げる利用目的の達成に必要な範囲に限って、個人情報取扱い業務の一部または全部を外部委託することがあります。なお、委託先における個人情報の取扱いが適切に行なわれるよう、別途、委託先について調査し、守秘義務契約など必要な契約を締結いたします。

お客様は、法令が認める範囲で「個人情報の利用目的の通知、開示、内容の訂正、追加または削除、利用の停止、消去ならびに第三者への提供の停止（以下「開示等」といいます）」を求めることができます。法令が認めない範囲の一例として、お客様本人または第三者の生命、身体、財産その他の権利・利益を害するおそれがある場合、当社のサービス業務の適正な実施に著しい支障を及ぼすおそれがある場合、他の法令に違反することとなる場合は、開示に応じないことがあります。また、当該個人情報の利用停止・第三者への提供停止（以下「利用停止等」といいます）に多額の費用を要する場合、その他の利用停止等を行うことが困難な場合であって、ユーザーの権利・利益を保護するため必要なこれに代わるべき措置をとるときは、利用停止等に応じないことがあります。開示等のお問い合わせは以下10の窓口にて承っております。なお、当該ご請求のうち、開示のご請求及び利用目的の通知のご請求につきましては、当社所定の手数料をご負担いただきますので、あらかじめご了承ください。

当社による個人情報の取扱内容に応じて、EEA又はUK外の地域・国にお客様の個人情報を移転することがあります。この場合には、お客様の個人情報が移転される前に、当社は適切な水準のデータ保護が実施されるように確保します。例えば、EU又はUKが定める標準契約条項や十分性認定により、EEA又はUKの基準と同様のデータ保護水準が達成されることを意味します。

保存期間

当社は、お客様の個人情報の利用目的を達成するため又は適用される法令を根拠とする当社の正当な利益又は義務を満たすために必要な期間に限ってお客様の個人データを保有し、当該期間が経過した際にはお客様の個人情報を削除します。

12. Cookie（クッキー）等の利用について

12.1 利用の目的

当ウェブサイトでは、サイトを正常に動作させるため、お客様の選択内容を記憶するため、また、お客様の同意をいただいた場合にはサイトの利用状況を把握するために、Cookieおよび類似の技術（ブラウザのローカルストレージ等）を使用しています。

12.2 使用しているCookieの種類

必須のCookie　当ウェブサイトの動作に必要なもので、無効にすることはできません。お客様が最初にアクセスされた際の参照元サイトの記録、および当サイトでのCookieに関するご選択の記録が含まれます。

機能のためのCookie　サイトの特定の機能を支えるものです。ツアー詳細ページにはBOKUNが提供する予約ウィジェットが組み込まれており、予約手続き中の状態を保持するためにCookieが使用されます。これがない場合、予約機能が正しく動作しないことがあります。

分析のためのCookie　サイトの改善のため、Googleアナリティクス4を使用して利用状況を測定しています。これらのCookieは、お客様が同意された場合にのみ使用されます。閲覧されたページや滞在時間などの情報を取得します。

12.3 お客様の選択

当ウェブサイトに初めてアクセスされた際に、必須以外のCookieを使用してよいかをお尋ねしています。必須のCookieは、サイトの動作に必要なため常時有効です。

ご選択は、各ページのフッターにある「Cookie Settings」からいつでも変更いただけます。同意の撤回は、同意をいただく場合と同じ手順で行っていただくことができ、直ちに反映されます。

また、ブラウザの設定からCookieを管理・削除いただくことも可能です。ただし、Cookieをすべて無効にされた場合、予約機能を含む当ウェブサイトの一部が正しく動作しなくなる場合がございますので、ご留意ください。

12.5 適法根拠

EEAおよび英国にお住まいのお客様については、分析のためのCookieを使用する適法根拠をお客様の同意としております（第11項）。必須のCookieは、安全かつ正常に機能するウェブサイトを運営するという当社の正当な利益を根拠として使用しています。
