Atami Port

Atami Port faces the urban area of Atami City, one of Japan's leading tourist cities. The Nagisa District features "Atami Sun Beach," a man-made beach that bustles with tourists in the summer, "Shinsui Park," beloved as a seaside walking course and venue for numerous events, and "Atami Port Sea Fishing Facility," a popular sea fishing spot among anglers. In addition, scheduled boats to Hatsushima Island and Izu Oshima Island depart from and arrive at Atami Port. Atami Port is equipped with a -7.5m berth (commonly known as the "Nanahan Berth") capable of accommodating large passenger ships, and the Nippon Maru (22,472 tons) calls at the port on a regular basis.
